The object of the trust shall be:

• To organized seminars, symposium for young and old.


• To work for the educational upliftment of illiterate.


• To promote cultural and social activities by arranging cultural programmes and sports.


• To arrange competitions in every field of education for the growth of young, kids and youth by giving the prizes.


• To arrange, picnics and educational tours programmes.


• To maintain educational library, science equipments, and play room.


• Computer facility will be provided for all.


• To provide free education for helpless and poor and also rural areas.


• To promote cultural, educational and social spirit among the society.


• To arrange and manage the vocational training institution in typing, short hand, computer, fine arts, crafts, music, painting, dancing, yoga, physical education and in other professional training subject/course.


• To arrange, start, open, establish promote, set up run, the computer institute.


• To start, establish, run take over or manage and maintain collages with the object to provide sound pre-primary, primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education departments and concerned Government Authorities.


• To provide formal/non-formal education (like- Sarv Shiksha Abhiyaan) with the help to government assistance and also conduct research in education and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to education.


• To open, found, establish, promote, set up, run maintain, assist finance, support and /or aid and help in the setting up the different kinds of technical / non- technical schools, engineering collages, medical collages, B.E.D., B.C.A, M.B.A collages and other establishments or institutions for advancement of all kinds of education and knowledge (also get permission form the competent authority / department, if required).


• To arrange and manage the vocational training institution in typing, short hand, computer, fine arts, crafts, music, painting, dancing, yoga, physical fashion designing, cutting tailoring embroidery, batik, beautician and in other professional training subjects/course.



• To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness programmes, symposiums, cultural programmes, press conferences and seminars.


• To provide food, clothes, medical aid, stationary, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play ground, swimming pool and other possible facilities to students.


• To establish, support, finance, manage, and develop such out of school/collage activities for the students where they could have the benefits and joy of participating in sports, games and other artistic activities like painting, music, dance, wood and clay work and also arrange the educational trips.


• To institute scholarship and help to deserving students and to institute and award prizes for their excellent academic performance.


• To provide free/ concessioanal education to the helpless, poor and needy student especially to the handicap students.


• To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. / Non Govt. organization, international agencies, banks and any other legal entity or individual.


• To accept donations, grants, resents, gifts and other offering in the shape of moveable and/immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and object of the society.


• To invest the money of the social not immediately required, in mutual funds, UTI, securities or deposits as are permitted by the law for the time being in force.


• To prepare the awareness generation kits posters, banners, audio-video cassettes, puppet shows, skits, documents etc regarding various social issues and for the attainment of the aims and objects of the above trust.


• To publish books, charts, illustrations, journals, magazines, periodicals, newsletter / papers and other publications on the different subjects and in different languages for the promotion of above aims and objects of the above trust.


• To approach the concerned authority/authorities regarding the solution of the problems of the member of the trust.


• To assist and co-operate the other association, societies, trust in their work/activities whose aims are same like this trust.


• To make arrangement for mobile emergency VAN/AMBULANCE for the victims of road accidents, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to near by hospital, also to provide assistance to the old people of the emergency.


• To open, found, establish promote, set-up, run and maintain and set-up of eye donation camps, eye banks, dispensaries, hospitals and forms of organization to promote eye donation.


• Grant of medical help to the poor, and grant of medical help to person effected during famine, floor, earthquake or any calamity or war of war like operations.


• To carry on community development programme / activities and also construct, maintain, and develop the community hall, barat-ghar, dharamshala, ashram, pious, old age homes, charitable dispensaries, hospitals libraries, drama stage and other training and research institutes for the attainment of aim and objects of the trust.


• To start, establish, run, takeover, or manage or maintain schools with an object to provide sound pre-primary, secondary, senior and affiliation from the education department and concerned Govt. Authorities.


• To start, establish, run, manage and control various orphanage, anath ashram, old aged home, children home all over India as and when the board of trusties may decide time to time.


• To organize meetings, seminars, discussion and press conferences to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by the constitution of India.


• To take up effective but reasonable & lawful steps for eradication of social evils such as dowry system, child marriage, child labor, wastage of money in various factions and used of intoxicated drugs/wine/smack etc.


• To rehabilitate destitute women like young and old widows, unmarried mothers, victims of abductions and their dependent children through residential care and vocational training.


• To approach and to encourage the people to donate dhoties, blanket, rugs, cloths, and/or other articles of necessary and also provide the same to the needy man, women and children.


• To provide free legal, medical and socio-economy help/assistance to the poor and needy person.


• To conduct training and research programs for control of the pollution, polluted diseases and to maintain/ develop/secure the herbs, forests, environment, species of animals, birds, wild life etc.


• To create a forum for senior citizens where the can exchange their various views and experiences which may be make available to younger generation.


• To establish and manage various kinds of educational, cultural, social and welfare, vocational training centers in the field of industrial scientific, medical, technical, agricultural research training institutes to introduce and develop professional courses.


• To provide and help/assistance to the physically handicapped people/children in respect of artificial limbs and to give them vocational training on different technical/non-technical/professional/industrial and on the other subject/fields which will make them independent.


• To make best efforts and organize various kinds of programs and/or activities relating to family planning and to diffuse the useful knowledge about the medicines, equipment, and method used for family planning also provide the family counseling facilities.


• To give, provide and/or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earth quake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like to give donation, subscriptions or contribution to institutions, establishment, centers or persons doing relief work on such location.


• To invest the trust fund in the various financial gain projects/schemes for the purpose of raising funds of the trust to spend the same for the fulfillment of objects of the trust.


• Aims and objects of the trust shall be purely for charitable purpose.


• To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offering in the shape of movable or immoveable properties for the attainment of the aims of the trust.


• To erect, construct, alter, maintain improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims of the trust.


• To collect information, notices, notification, policies from the government, semi government, national, international agencies and NGOs, and also provide the same to the member of the trust and also the general public.


• To approach to the competent court/courts to safe guard the rights of the general public and for the public interests from time to time as the trust may deem fit and proper.


• To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. non-Govt. organization, international, agencies, banks and any other legal entity or individual.


• To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts, and other offering in the shape of movable/immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the trust.


• To purchase/acquire the land and/or building in the name of the trust for the upliftment and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the trust.


• To hold and manage the assets and properties acquired/inherited or purchased by the trust by the trust as may be necessary or appropriate for the achievement of the objectives of the trust.


• To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of property or building of the above trust, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims and objects of the trust.


• To do such other things / acts / activities, which are, necessary and which may be incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the objects of the trust.


• The activities and the branches shall spread all over in India and also in the different countries of world, where the trust may decide from time to time.
